Throughout Azra Degray's life, she had always been silently disheartened. Unable to make a change on her own will and only able to stand and accept the quiet abuse from her mother along with the hurt that her father had left behind for them to writhe in.

Following her fathers exit, Azra moves to her mothers hometown. Morgenstel, the small, unsatisfactory town that is somehow always in the cast of grey clouds and holds the unknown answers to an oblivious Azra.

Throughout it all, she somehow doesn't feel that she's alone. Unknown to her are the watchful eyes of Romeo Montgomery, who is well known for his mysterious dawning looks and the butterflies he gives to girls.
