the midnight man finds love (midnight man x reader)

y/n l/n is a very caring and loving girl. she has always been that way. but what most people don't know about her is her very daring and bold attitude she has. so when she hears about a challenge shes never heard of she's gonna try it, that challenge being the midnight game. she wants to do it by herself to make sure no one messes with her while doing it. she finds how to do it online and decides to do it that night. but what she doesn't know is what is to come. she does the ritual right and begins to walk around her two story house but doesn't feel comfortable and regrets doing it by herself. her candle goes out and she can't find her lighter in time now what, she doesn't have her salt either and is standing in complete darkness when she sees a figure in front of her that figure is the midnight man so she quickly pulls out her phone and turns on the flashlight and sees him just standing there waiting for him to do something but he never does. luck was on her side that night cause she realized her timer for 3:33 goes off and he disappeared into the darkness. she goes on doing her daily routine without nothing else but still can't shake why she wasn't scared but more intrigued by the midnight man and why he didn't attack her. he wonders the same thing himself. what is to come neither of them know that but are both wanting one thing and that's each other.
