(This book was a experiment by me and my friend to improve our story telling skills) Aaron was just a normal kid. All he did was explore his surroundings and the forests that came with it. Although he was warned to stay away as he could run into the most dangerous creatures known to man: dragons. Though dragons have been disappearing without a trace, he believes he can find one and do what his town constantly pegs him about: slay a dragon

"Just because something is considered a well accepted fact, doesn't necessarily make it true" Dragons are vile, dragons are wicked, dragons are evil, and above all dragons are dangerous. Everyone knows this, so did Lynwood, son of the local woodsman. He had read enough about dragons to know of their terror and danger and that they must be killed on sight. Not like he had anything to fear, dragons have long become extinct .....or have they? When sudden peril comes to the simple woodsman home and Lynwood's father is arrested with the accusation of plotting against the king, Lynwood and his sister have to flee into the mountains with a mysterious letter that must be taken to the king's nephew. It is there that Lynwood will discover that dragons are not so extinct after all. Lynwood will find himself tangled in the sticky web of politics, and his one key to getting himself and everyone else out of it will be to put aside his prejudice and come to see dragons for what they really are. (Many thanks to my awesome friend Chey for drawing the beautiful dragon that I used for the cover. She is a talented artist and I know the world of success is ahead of her :) )
