Diamond Eyes

Aiden Walsh is a standoffish, 13 year old boy from California, whose parents recently died and a car crash. He has since been passed between foster families, and is getting tired of it. When one of his San Francisco foster families decides to adopt him, he is not happy, the father of the family and his son don't treat Aiden very well. While the mother is oblivious, Aiden is threatened, tormented, and often beaten. The air-head mother of the family, decides they should be brought closer together with a week-long camping trip to Alaska. But all goes wrong when Father and brother decide to take Aiden out "hunting". some events unfold and Aiden soon finds himself a wolf! lost and alone, he wanders into the vast wilderness to find answers on what has happened. He meets a very special wolf pack, and over time gains their acceptance, as he helps them to fight off the evils of the forest.
