An action-adventure near future sci-fi story. Book one of the Keravno Chronicles.
Wade Carpenter doesn't know what to do with his life. All he's ever wanted to be is a superhero, but they don't exactly offer a college degree for that. He might just get his chance however, when he finds an oddly friendly little creature who leads some less than friendly men with really unfriendly intentions to his home. This hero business may not be all it's cracked up to be.
It falls to Wade and his friends, both new and old, to figure out the origins of the strange little reptile he's named Keravno. What is the connection to a prototype biofuel and a remarkable set of fossilized remains? Does it have anything to do with the strange abilities Wade is developing? Exactly how big is Keravno going to get?
Set in California and oceans of the world...Kaiju beasts, teamwork, friendships, research, and technology collide to make this epic of survival different from the rest.
