Sang and the Blackbourne Team didn't work out. It took three years for them to figure it out. Jealousy was a huge issue and it was tearing them all apart. And Sang decided to just end things and part ways with them all. They agreed with her and took a long term mission in Europe. She found out she was pregnant a few weeks later.
