Being raised most of her life at mountain temples Rose is the last thing from a proper princess. Rose is the last thing from a proper royal maid. So when the king finally calls his daughters home to compete for a foreign prince's hand. The palace is a far cry from the unforgiving mountains. Rose begins to question her own sanity when she begins having nightmares about her own death. However, when Rose's only friend dies under mysterious circumstances. She realizes maybe her nightmares aren't just dreams after all. As dreams begin to fade into reality it forces her down a desperate tailspin to find out how her only friend died. Racing against time Rose soon meets a handsome stranger who teaches her that maybe her friend wasn't the only one hiding dark secrets. finding out the truth will shatter the world around her as she knows it. And before she knows it she falls in love with the one person that could destroy her entire country.
