No one knew how old she was, or how she had gotten to be so hideous, but it was rumored that the Goddess Athena had made her that way. Medusa had never known love, constantly shunned by everyone, and anyone that dared to even enter her cave was turned to stone. Until one day, a blind girl was sent as the sacrifice.
