Contrary to how the media portrays him, Dick Grayson (aka Nightwing) despised drugs and blamed them for most of Gothams problems.
One night while on patrol Nightwing rescues Gothams most renowned drug dealer Emerson Black (aka Black Cherry), and discovers evidence that will allow the GCPD to arrest her.
But when Bruce forbids him from turning the Black Cherry in, he gets suspicious.
Deciding to investigate Dick tries to befriend Emerson.
Can Dick be able to navigate Emerson's chaotic world?
After all Chaos did Kill the Dinos.

He didn't like what had to happen, but it was the split second decision, than ended up saving his best friend's life.
