Riley and Derek lived with each other for two years, both still attending school in their last year of college before starting their lives and desired career paths. Living with a sibling can be hard, but unfortunately, there's a new owner and the apartment building and rent has gone up in price. Not even their jobs will keep them financially stable, and they have no choice but to rent out their spare room.
