Mike Chen is short. He knows it. Everybody does. 
He wishes to be taller, to be normal, but to no avail.
He knows that wishes don't come true.
He only wants to be happy, and does not have any goals.
But when a new person shows up at his school and befriends him, his life is turned around.
Maybe his third wish really did come true...
