These Broken Wings

Corbin Doyle was born with prosopagnosia, also known as face blindness. Not only is he incapable of recognizing the faces of his friends and family, but he can hardly recall his own reflection.

When Corbin left his hometown of Muybridge to escape his bullies, he didn't expect to remember his friends, and their features began fading from his memory the instant he boarded a plane bound for New York City.

Five years later, 17-year-old Corbin's life hasn't gotten much better, but his disappointing life is thrown into flux when he receives one of his old classmates shares something urgent with him: Anya Moineau, one of his best friends from all those years ago, has fallen seriously ill.

Suddenly finding himself hurled into the life he had abandoned, Corbin will be forced to face old friends and enemies alike as well as a harsh truth: the faces of those he once knew aren't the only things that have changed.
