« And I'd also like a Milky Way... Draven, is that your actual name? » she asked as she looked to my name tag and then raised her head to look straight into my eyes.
I nodded rather hesitantly and scratched my neck awkwardly.
« Hum... yes... yes it is » I answered after a bit of awkward silence.
She stared at me for a few seconds as I stared right back. I swear I could have lost myself into those beautiful blue eyes.
I thought she was going to apologize or something like everyone does after hearing my name, but what she said next, no one had ever said that to me, ever.
« Did your parents love you? »

My name is Draven.
Weird, I know.
My parents chose for me and I can't do anything about it. I don't really care though, I like my name. My parents gave it to me and I don't feel like changing it anyway.
I worked at a gas station on the holidays.
I had the perfect university to attend, the perfect family, the perfect grades, and the perfect girlfriend.
What I didn't expect though, it was this girl who walked into the gas station this morning.
The girl who was about to change my entire life.
The runaway girl.
