Whitney is a 15-year-old girl who is from America and has transferred to a school in Japan, along with her childhood friends, Tristan and Charlotte. Being as fluent in Japanese as American 15-year-olds come, she still somehow finds herself at the door of the Sket-dan club room. Whatever could she need their help for? And is there anything that she can help THEM with as well?

With a past life in America, home of "The American Dream", could the Sket-dan ever guess what on Earth made Whitney transfer over to Japan? Or would it be something they'd never expect?
