Stiles can't sleep, and if he told enough people that was all it was, maybe he would start to believe it. Still, as tensions were rising about them losing their territory he couldn't bother them with something he didn't even fully understand. Maybe he just needed something fun and easy to help him relax. Like the hot neighbor that he keeps catching staring at him. Derek can't sleep, and if he cleans his house enough maybe people won't realize how he doesn't care enough to clean up other parts of his life. Still, as he worried about his job and obligations, he couldn't let them down about finding a place they belonged. Maybe he just needed something interesting to keep his mind off of it. Their freaking chemistry teacher who hated their guts - mostly Stiles'. Allison came back Void and remembered nothing, only that she must kill werewolves. (Specifically Derek). But to not worry because Lydia screamed and it gave her the memories she had lost. Scott told Stiles how Derek Hale sacrificed himself to save not only the pack but his son as well. Who knew Derek had a son? Definitely not him. The Nogitsune is dead once and for all. He would never hurt anyone ever again. Stiles races back home, he can't lose Derek, Eli can't lose Derek. ''What the hell happened, Stiles?!'' He hisses. Stiles tries not to flinch from his dad's tone, but he fails miserably. ''I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I - I woke up and everything in my room was in flames, even the bed, dad, I - I don't know what is happening.'' As soon as he said it, his dad's face closes off. ''You're telling me that you don't know? You didn't remember? Is it possible that you're - you're poss-'' ''NO! No, no! No! It can't be. It just can't.'' ''But you don't remember Stiles. You don't know what happened.'' His dad remembers him. His eyes are boring into Stiles's. Stiles falters because no, he doesn't remember, he doesn't know what is happening, but the Nogitsune is gone, he saw it happening, he knows it's gone. He can't be possessed any more. ''Dad-'' before he can finish his sentence, his dad lets out a weary sigh. And a sob escapes his dad when he looks at the burning house. ''I - I don't know if I can deal with this son.'' Remember when Stiles woke from a string of nightmares at the start of 3B? I figure the nogitsune episodes could be just another of those. So, ah, this entire fic is him going through a bunch of nightmares, but he needs an anchor of his own to keep from descending into madness. He picks wooing Derek because: (1) it's something to focus on (2) Derek will never go for it (so he can keep doing it forever) Of course, these are nightmares, so it doesn't go very well.Concluida

A single choice changes the whole story. Stiles moved away from the flashlights and cadaver dogs as he wasn't necessarily excited to get caught by his father. He had gone the exact opposite direction of the barking and beams of light and now he was lost somewhere in the woods with Scott, his asthmatic best friend beside him. who was taking a puff from his inhaler for every third step and it was irritating to say the least. It felt like they had been wandering around for a long time, when they came across a gigantic wolf. It could have been the sighting of a Wolf in California for the first time in 60 years. He could have taken a pic to prove it but the wolf seemed to hate the idea. So they ran. They ran while bleeding from it's bites.
