Hay una anécdota, en la que Dan Reynolds (vocalista) dice que había un chico que se burlaba de él, cuando él empezó a introducirse en el mundo de la música y que luego, este mismo chico, le pidió una entrada para uno de sus conciertos...
Será la primera novela de otras muchas, basadas en canciones de ellos.

Evelyn Moon: She is 18 right now and has a dream of becoming a singer. She is a major klutz. Evelyn sarcastic but is too obvious about it so she is horrible with using traits that runs in her family. Her surrounding nature kills off any and all possibilities of trying to look on the bright side of life. She tends to stick around her friends instead of staying home with her so called family. Her family is always working constantly, and she doesn't really get the attention a teenage girl needs. Sure she gets the money but that is not what she wants or needs. She wants a family who will sit and eat around the dinner table asking, "How was your day?" Her father was murdered by one of his co-workers. Her mother is always at work so she doesn't really get those heart-to- heart conversations like most people can. Alice Knight: She is turning 18 in a month and is hoping to become a dancer for Evelyn. She is a senior in high school just hoping to get a good job and become successful in life. She is a bit klutzy and constantly having blonde moments. She passes the classes that she is taking as if it were a fly by to her. She is the witty person of her family and acts just her father. She is also very sarcastic and is always using the trait with ease. She talks all the time and her talking is sometimes compared to the Energizer Bunny, on going, never ends. This is my original story but there are some similarities to her's, so please go show her stories some love because she definitely deserves it. Runawaying from Redshore city wasn't my plan but I felt trapped in that city. You never could make it unless you had connections or were from a famous family and that's not how I wanted it to go. I love to sing and my best friend got me into dance. Now I love going with the flow and letting the music take over my body. I ran away from my home with nothing but my skateboard, guitar and a back full with anything I could shove inside of it. Now I live in a studio apartment, making my own songs with choreography for them and casually posting the audio of the song or the actual dance video on the internet because why not. I work at a skate shop to help pay my bills and to stay out of trouble with the police since I've gotten in trouble with them a couple of times for street performing without a license. But like my best friend used to say, "You're only in trouble if you get caught" and I never did, so now I just chat up with them to pass some time or to help someone. When I heard of a singing competition I thought it couldn't hurt. I mean I might be able to win a nice prize and get some more publicity for my music, which was more important to me then some cash prize but it would be nice.Complete

I wasn't the type to fall at the feet of a guy, especially not for his looks. I didn't waste my time with crushes and boyfriends and all the dating apps people my age use these days. I didn't really see a point in spending my life looking so hard for someone when I could be doing things to better myself. But for some reason the moment I saw this man I could not take my attention away from him. "I see the world and it seems like I see it so differently than most other people. It makes me really angry most of the time. Especially since no one ever listens to me or what I've got to say. If I paint, people will see the picture but not the meaning. It seems so obvious to me but everyone just seems to... close their eyes. Or at least shut off their brain. As if I see things they don't. But when they don't listen, how can I communicate that to them? It's so frustrating." Allie is a high school student and has big plans to make the world a better place. But her own head is pitting against her, throwing rocks in her path on a daily basis. Everything seems to be great for a while but what happens when her world suddenly comes crashing down around her? Can she ever recover? A coming-of-age story that deals with mental ilnesses, grief, first loves and family, briefly taps into the subject of religion and will likely enrapture you.
