Absinthe

To be seen. To be heard. To be accepted. To feel warm. To most, these things are a given. Our mothers see and guide us as we grow. Our fathers hear us when we call and protect us from evil. We are accepted by our friends and family. We feel the warmth that the people closest to us feel for us, as well as for others. But not everyone is so lucky. Those who's only wish is to be seen, to be heard, to be accepted, rarely are. Those who wish to feel warm are often left out in the cold.
