Ever since they were a week old they have lived on Atuni. It is a planet in another universe. There are only children because on the way there the adults inhaled a toxic that only harms them. Romein is the toxic. It goes in the brain and kills the cells. When the cells are killed, the heart stops. The toxic only harms adults because their cells are fully developed and the babies are not.
When the children got there, there was a 13 year old girl waiting for them. She never grows up. She stays her age. She is the only one like her. Well she is a clone of her sister who died at age 13 due to a heart issue. She is a twin. On the day she was cloned, her parents made it so she wouldn't age. It was a test to see if it would work and it did. Her parents made the decision for her to send her on the trip so she could be the one who is helping the children grow up. Her name is Rhea.
This story begins at night on her birthday...

Here are a few things you should know before you get started reading there are six titans with contracts and one without a contract and four children and one teenager and one of them of the seven (counting the teenager) is the "key" and there is one titan that is wanting the "key" if he gets his hands on him the world is doomed. Miclor is one of the titans that was supposed to watch over the children until the other six make their contract with them but he accidentally makes a contract with Alex one of the seven. Moniky, Miclor's older brother made a forced contract with Terra (the teenager). After Alex's mother died he went on a search to find the killer along with Miclor and the other titans. Miclor and the other titans are animals (can change into animals too, but you have to figure it out yourself and they do have clothes). Miclor was watching seven other children before them but they were killed but two a boy and a girl but he gave his sister the boy because he thought she could help him and kept the girl with him so he could watch over her and as she grew up and had Alex along with Terra (not blood-related). Terra disappeared and was forced to have a contract with Moniky. Now you have to start reading but the first part might be confusing when I put it on here and if it is tell me. Everyone was evacuated from the home planet over 150 years ago. Our planet was dying, it was only a matter of time before our race was wiped out. We now live on a synthetic planet designed and built by our ancestors who came together from all parts of the globe to devise a plan to save us. We have lived peacefully for over a century.. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth. In punishment the blood line to follow this union would be cursed and in 1000 years twins will be born to defeat the curse and stop all the people against them. That's is where Jolene and Jupiter come in. They are the only two who can stop the Evil that is coming. The book is about their life as kids leading up until now. There will be heart break, romance and adventure. Enter outcast Vincent Schorennherr. Her parents [emphasis on her] parents wanted a boy, no luck on that account, and they let her know that every day. You think that's not so bad? Think again. "Sorry, Vincent, but you're going to school anyways, flu or no flu." Well, just before first period, a 'conveniently'-timed password-entry prompt pops on on her phone screen, right as she: 1) Presses the sensor, and 2): sneezes, spreading rhinoviruses all over herself and her phone. She wipes the phone off and goes to class,thinking nothing more of the incident until the next day, when she goes to turn it on and gets a kill screen: "Fatal Error 81-141. The flu's contagious, didn't you know that? Bye now, gone to play Caesar- Veni, vidi, vici and all that." With that, her phone blinks off, and within hours, other phones begin to follow suit. With panic on the rise, and global tensions rapidly following suit, can Vincent and her friends find the cure before it's hard shutdown? **NaNoWriMo 2017** Complete in the sense that I'll probably never write any more of this story.
