Seventeen year old Elsie is used to being on the run, the streets are her home. Her over dramatic step mom loves to raise hell and her biological mother could care less about her whereabouts. Her father is a workaholic and her step dad is a perverted drunk. It's the life she's been living since she could remember, it never really bothered her. That is until her senior year. She just wants to settle down but trouble always seems to make its way to her.
Now she ventures out to find her older half sister, hoping to find some peace and finally have a real place to call home. All with the help of other trouble brewing teenagers. Oh, we can't forget the mute kid from school who... lives a double life?
