This is the 100th annual Hunger Games. It has been 25 years since the failed rebellion, all caused by the girl on fire that pulled out those berries. For extra punishment for the rebellion, the Capitol has widened the age group. What used to involve teenagers only now involved children as well as young adults. But this was Quarter Quell, four tributes were to be voted in.
We go into the perspective of 16 year old Calliope Thornstring, in her hometown, District 2. We suppose that this powerful intimidating district will vote in the strongest and most agile tributes, but will they?

They rebelled. The Hunger Games returns. Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark lost their lives but their kids lived. Willow Mellark has a daughter, Primrose Mellark. Prim is chosen for the 135th Annual Hunger Games, and made the twelve districts plus District 13 and the Capitol citizens to rebel again to stop the Games again but they lost. Primrose died ending the Mellarks. The thirteen districts plus the Capitol, newly named District 14, which is the mutt industry district now, have to face the consequences. The thirteen districts have to provide, every year, a young man and a young woman, between the age of 11-19 to fight in the Games. District 14 has to care and tend to the tributes before the Games. (Written in 2014) This is the 125th Hunger Games. In honour of the Fifth Quarter Quell, the amount of tributes representing each district will be randomly reaped from a huge bowl in the capitol, making a total of 24 tributes. In addition to this, any younger brother or sister of the tribute between the age of 8 and 18 may volunteer in the tribute's place. No other volunteers will be allowed.
