And also the roof, and in the lobby on the ground floor. Really, they're not a bad corporation, it's just that these secrets are too delicate to let the general public know about. 
And nothing is more destructive to secrets than questions. 

When three tenants in the basement of the San Francisco branch start asking questions about one of the company's biggest secrets, Kitso Apartments, Inc. needs to works fast to diffuse the situation. But have big businesses ever been adept at handling problems?
