Izzy Peirson escapes from an psychiatric hospital in Italy. Her parents had sent her there when she was 16. She had a rough patch when her best friend had died in a car accident. She began to harm herself, but she went to therapy and she learned healthy coping mechanisms. But a year after that her parents decided that she was mentally unstable and sent her to the ward. The Ward was cruel and inhumane, doing experimental 'therapeutic' treatments and punishments when necessary. On her 18th birthday she had escaped and she was on the biggest run of her life. With this escape, she can finally be free.
