School is harsh. Anyone, I'm sure, would agree. Being the outcast is harsher. Being worse than the outcasts, that's something you just can't beat.
I'm sure no one would want to be bullied. I know that I don't. I'm also sure that no one wants to be singled out in the crowd just because of your interests. Again, I know I wouldn't want that.
Unfortunately, I am. I am the outcast's outcast. I am bullied. I am singled out, by the teachers and students. It is miserable.
Of course, there has to be a balance. Where there is bad, sooner or later there, is good, and I, Dipper Pines, can't wait for my fair share of karma to come.
Note: the billdip is one sided. Bill likes Dipper, but Dipper likes Wendy.

Problems
There are millions of problems in the world. Some of them can be personal, others worldwide that everyone knows about, but chooses to stay quiet. Dipper knows more problems that not many even can see. He knows of the weird things that happen in Gravity Falls. He knows when people are lying to him or themselves. He always gets good grades, has a journal full of facts on the things he finds. Yet... He has so much that no one sees. His and Mabel's parents died. For the past six years they had to live with their Grunkles. Of course that wasn't the problem... The problem was how no one believed him when he would say that he saw strange, mythical beings. They thought he was making it up, for attention. So he grew quiet. Then he started being bullied at school for so many stupid reasons. He also had too many responsibilities. So many things... All weighing him down. He asks for help, he screams and calls for it... But nobody hears him, nor will he.Complete

After Dipper's first (and accidental) love confession to Wendy is rejected, he knows he should move on. But getting over his feelings for the lax lumberjack is easier said than done. Dipper tries his luck again and reveals his feelings (intentionally) to her a second time. She shuts him down, this time with a stipulation that gives Dipper the slightest flicker of hope: Maybe if you were older... It's all it takes to get Dipper thinking. What if he WAS older? To change his age, Dipper makes a deal with the trickster dream demon, Bill Cipher. When this deal takes a turn for the worst, Dipper is forced to make Wendy fall in love with him within a week, or else Bill will bring upon the apocalypse.
