From the Hills to the Ghetto, Elizabeth Sinclair has to overcome the challenge of being a 16 year old white girl in a predominantly black community. Attempting to keep herself unknown she gets targeted by a large group of young African American girls that envy Elizabeth's previous lavish life. While Elizabeth's father rots away in a tight maximum prison, Elizabeth, her sister and her mother strives to get through this "New Experience."
