I'm just a ninth grade girl with no friends, ADHD, and an unhealthy amount of abandonment issues.

Everything in my life is fine. But lately I've been trying to deal with how I watched a family member commit suicide and I couldn't do anything about it.

My so called friends all dropped me during this time of need because I was too much of a burden...

This is how I'm trying to live my life, One torturous day at a time.

No friends, just me, my dysfunctional brain and a hell lot of stress.

Day one; Monday, February Twelfth 2018.

*(COMPLETED) "The worst thing about being lied to is knowing you weren't worth the truth." He bit his lip. "I wanted to te-" His eyes began to water and as a single tear fell he looked at me and said "but what if you've been lying for so long you don't know how to tell the truth?" "I have and so will you." He shook his head, shut his eyes, and leaned his forehead against the glass. "And here I was thinking you would admit that you don't tell the truth either." I gripped the telephone as my knuckles turned white. "What do you mean?" "Come on Zoey I've seen you sneaking around acting like you're busy. You're hiding something and you won't tell me." All Zoey Campbell ever wanted to do was keep her head down and get through high school. Too bad it isn't that easy. Zoey is tired of everything and everyone. She is tired of being pushed around and tired of watching in the shadows. She is tired of pretending to like that girl that doesn't even know her name. Tired of pretending that she is ok when she isn't. She is constantly hoping for a better way out thinking she should just disappear. All she wants to do is scream but no matter how loud she screams no one can hear her. Don't worry things just get worse. Everyone thinks she's a "sick" girl and just another suicide case waiting to happen. I mean what kind of girl sits by herself everyday right? Zoey is running out of time and she thinks no one has tried to help her until her "special" speech in class. No one really cares about what she really thinks anyway. It just that feeling of pity. Everyone thinks she really is sick but she knows she's not. But what if she is? Maybe all it takes is that one thing to make her snap. As her life gets thrown into chaos and deep dark secrets she can't help but try to figure out the truth. Will she find a way to let her new friends save her or will she just end up as another suicide case? *Disclaimer wrote this in 2017 when I was 14.

"that's rich coming from a pretty boy" I narrow my eyes. "I'm not a pretty boy." He smirks standing from the desk and reaching forward twirling a piece of my hair between his fingers. "not in the traditional sense no...but you still bleed daddy's money" I reach up gripping his wrist, maybe harder then necessary; suddenly angry. "you don't know me Jasper, don't pretend you do" He sucks in a breath before leaning forward and putting his mouth next to my ear "I know you're so desperate for me, you can't fucking think straight" My breath catches and my eyes flick up meeting his not believing I heard what I did, but there's no denying it when he pushes me against his door and his lips meet my own hungry, angry, frustrated. ••• Jasper Collins is not expecting to ever step foot inside Balton's Boys School. A private behavioural school for those who can afford it, but after one too many expulsions and a scholarship opportunity Jasper finds himself stuck in a place filled with pretty boys who've done nothing worse then forget to shine their silver spoon. Beckett Chambers took on a mentorship position at Balton's to stay away from home. He could care less about status and social image he just wants to find a way out of Manning Heights and Balton's was supposed to be his safe haven until then. What he didn't expect was for his mentee to show up and make everything a whole lot more complicated. ________________________________________ Disclaimers: •This is a bXb story! •This is a LIGHTLY edited, first draft *respectful* constructive criticism is welcome🤍 Cover art: Created on Canva, unfortunately I don't know the artist who created the artwork :( Started: December 2020 Completed: December 2022 •• #1 in QueerLove -04/05/22 #1 in boysschool -05/15/22 #2 in MxM -05/05/22 #2 in Confused -05/19/22 #1 in Poorboy -09/08/22 #1 in Queer -05/08/22 #1 in Mentor -07/5/22 #1 in bxblove -09/01/22 #1 in boardingschool-12/16/22 #1 in delinquent

[BxB] Waking up next to someone after having a little too much to drink was no new, riveting story in this day and age. Waking up next to another boy, when you were also a boy, was a little more interesting, but still nothing to write home about. But waking up in Nico Beckett's sheets? To Wesley, it was a nightmare come to life. ~~~ Wesley Dillon's life was uneventful, and frankly, he liked it that way. He didn't get into trouble, he kept his grades up, he played it safe. He never did anything to rock the boat he was floating in, the calm waters of his lake left undisturbed. Now starting his last year in high school, Wes was content to continue living his life as he always has - but sometimes, and only sometimes, he caught himself wishing that something could make ripples in his tiny world. What he wasn't ready for were the waves that were Nico Beckett - a troublemaker, womaniser, and an incredibly popular boy at his school. He was everything Wes was not. Nico was the type of guy that Wes never wanted to associate with, but after waking up in his arms with panic in his chest and pains everywhere else, he realised that his life was going to get much, much more complicated. It took him everything to try not to drown as the waves pulled him further and further down. But, somewhere along the way, he wasn't sure that drowning was actually a bad thing. ~~~ #1 in romance (29/09/19) #1 in LGBT (07/09/2019) #1 in bxb (07/09/2019) #1 in boyxboy (08/09/2019) #1 in gay (11/09/2019) #1 in highschool (29/09/19) #1 in school (17/10/19) #1 in comingofage (01/10/19) #1 in slowburn (02/10/19) #1 in BL (04/10/19) #1 in lovetriangle (05/10/19) #1 in family (31/10/19) #1 in comingoutofthecloset (08/01/20) #1 in writtenwithpride (19/06/21) #4 in love (07/03/21)

A Lovely Life

30 parts Complete Mature

Journey with me back in time as I rewrite the first Journal I kept from when I was in high school, and see that maybe even with how horrible life is most of the times, there are little things spread throughout that make life worth living. My high school experience was full of drama, tears, laughter, and most of all constant search of love, and approval of the people around me. I can't always get what I want in this world. Life is a beautiful mess. It's not perfect, and filled with a lot of disappointments, and heartbreak. There are moments when it all feels too much, but there's not much we can do other than go with the flow of things.
