This Life Poem collection is biased off TRUE events from Author. dealing with mental illnesses like Depression, anxiety, panic disorder, dissociative Identity disorder, agoraphobia, SH and dealing with grief and trauma.
This is based on true events and is not to be romanticized. These were stories basied off the life and trauma growing up in foster care and having a mental illness. This book also features talk about the different forms of abuse witness as well.
This is show the side not many talk about behind closed doors, and to show others that they are not alone.
