The doctors announced that Genos final days have arrived and there is no hope in him getting well again.  
But Error doesn't want to give him up. No he won't! He wants to help Geno to get better again and that even if everything and everyone is against him. He will try his best to keep the promise he made to Geno and himself and even if that means he has go to hell and back. He is at a point where he would sacrifice himself just to help his older brother.
