You know what happened to Percy Jackson, but if you look closer things don't add up in some places. 
       That's because the gods have a little help, they're called "the blessed"      They are humans like you who got chosen at a young age to assist the gods in whatever they need.  They were trained in sword fighting, archery, speed, agility, and tons more.   When the gods thought they were ready, they would be sent on quests. Such as helping the saytors find demi-gods, or to keep on eye on specific monsters.
