A man in his late 30s, working in a multinational company, had just released several classified documents that resulted in him losing his job but also brought the company down as well. Being a highly regarded person, Hart was the lead economist and trade master for the company, but he found out his work had destroyed the lives of many after the corporation decided to go behind his back and alter several deals, causing a number of third-world countries to face terrible repression. His decision would place a bullet in the head but also spark a new journey, one filled with magic and fantasy in a different world. Greeted by a messenger of god, Hart was given one chance to redeem himself for his past mistakes. Rebirth, the end goal of many living beings, yet unknown by all who seek it. The messenger offers him a place in Baetyl, a world of gods, where both fantasy and reality clash together here. The gods have clashed with one another, creating chaos and disorder at every edge of the holy planet. Hart is to help bring balance to the declining world, somehow. Given an opportunity to bring ONE thing with him from his old world, and after serious consideration, he decided to take a video game. Not an ordinary video game, a country-building game, essentially setting life to an entire nation whose technological level exceeds the land around it. The original inhabitants of The Realm were Elves,(true bloods), their called,live in the Golden forest North east of the humans capital, called Aster. They keep mostly to them selves and the outside world.there are other tribes of elves known as half-breeds,they live as nomads and trade often with the other civilized people of the Realm,and many live in the cities and towns with humans.

In the Shattered World, the leftovers of humanity have adapted to the encroachment of the Supernatural into their lives. Building new cities anywhere they can find peace, such as canals and plateau's, they and the supernatural beings that escaped to earth work to clear off the evils that followed, that which drove the majority of sentient life to either the Sky, and certain cities, raised up above the ground. One such surface dweller, a Halfling, works amongst the multiple Corps to fortify and protect his Home, the Ravine City of Hart's Cove. Life is dangerous, but remarkably fulfilling.
