And because the treaty of the treason was brought back by the cruel President Shaw, the Hunger Games started again. Kelly is a thirteen year old a second timer joining the reaping but unluckily, she was reaped and chosen to be the tribute. Will she win or lose the game? Will she survive? What do you think happen to Kelly?
