Hie, so this story is a fan-fiction, but a little different. It does have to do with hockey, and the Chicago Blackhawks, but it will have a few other hockey players. It's hard to fall for someone you're not sure will catch you. Why is that? Why do we get our hopes up sometimes, thinking that the people we love can catch us, when we ourselves can't even catch ourselves when we fall because of the pain they give us? We're the ones who keep catching them when they get hurt, it's unfair because they can't even catch us when we're falling head over heels for them... But my perspective changed when I found out that she'd been catching me all along, I just didn't know. Because I was so focused on protecting and being afraid of losing what we built together, our friendship.

Call me nosy but I just really can't help it! Apparently my best friend, a member of the basketball team, suddenly quits just to take care of her neighbor! I thought it was because of Cherry so it's not much an issue. She then shows up at school after a whole week with a guy on a wheelchair. She refuses to talk to her usual friends and even to me!
