When everything in the world falls into an economic failure, a group arises and propose a new idea to fix what was broken. The idea is around the zodiac signs, you're life and what happens is controlled purely by what your horoscope says. To fix the economic crash the committee decides to cut money entirely. This story is written in diary form of the 15 year old Libra named Eustella who works for the Libran head of the ZCW (Zodiac committee of the world).
