This is an AU of one of my own stories. It is rated Mature because of violence that may occur; however, there are no visual sex scenes. It is a tale of forbidden loves, war, dark secrets, and betrayals. James is a famous General raised in the Kingdom of Sirodac. His loyalty could never be questioned and his determination could never be shaken; however, this changes after he meets a mysterious woman at a ball who would only give him her alias. Now, he is questioning everything he learned growing up, including his loyalty and his bloodline. Is it possible that he is the key to ending the raging war?
Anna dwells in the kingdom of Timola--a Kingdom that has no ruler and has been fought over by the neighbouring countries Sirodac and Cosac. The war has ravaged her birthplace and caused misfortune for those in the lands; thus, Anna and many others have joined forces hoping that one day they will possess the power to overcome the opposing armies. However, after meeting a man at a ball who would only give his alias, she begins to wonder if she can truly lead an army against the enemy, especially if the enemy is led by the man she loves. Can she find another way to end this war; and is he really the key to solving it?
