Nivan is a young hansome man who was known for his generosity and heroic personality. He is famous in every village in the Nicorbar islands of India.
One day he is mesmerised by a song sung by a beautiful young maiden .
They fell in deep but silent love.
But cannot come together due to some stupid law of the villages that said, no two peope of different villages can marry each other.
Let's see how this tradition and love ,lead to the breaking of two islands which stand apart till date.
Guys this is not a story from my imagination . I have just tranlated a folk tale reconstructed by Liladhar Mandloi. Hence all the credit of plot is to him and the tale maker and only the title, cover and english translation belongs to me.
