Examining the broken fragment in between her fingers, she replied only when a sharp corner pierced her skin, blood dribbling down to her elbow.
" Of course. " Her voice held no emotion, despite the tragic events she'll face in the future.
[ . . . I hope you don't regret this. ]
She laughed in contempt. She had finally regained her memories after millions of pain and tribulation, and now that she was reaching the final point, there was no turning back, how could she regret it? This last trial will determine the final 'judgement' which will decide her fate.
The pain in her chest reminded her, this was what she brought to herself, she deserves it. She didn't even mind the thought of death at this moment, but she needed to face this trial no matter what.
With a breath, she vanished.
