Eli wasn't a very talkative guardian. Sure, he had his fireteam and those he knew. Yet, he prefers to stay silent. Plus he was also a bit off beat, but took his role very seriously at times. With the defeat of the Witness, the Echos scattered. Eli decided to seek one out with his fireteam, unknowingly walking towards a new world. Where they arrive is for them to find out, right after reading a sign that said "Welcome to Vale".
Also there will be cursing and some graphic scenes but no lemons since I don't know how to do those. Suggestive, yes, but not going in deep.

His southern accent was thick but definitely not South Carolinian. It sounded more like he was from Alabama or Mississippi. "True. For how long?" "Four weeks. I ran away because of...circumstances," he said, trailing off on the last word. "Prove to us you're not dangerous," Marcus threatened. "Prove to me you're not dangerous," Eli countered. "I don't even know your names." "Fine. I'm Marcus, that's Peyton, Luke, and Aaliyah," he answered, gesturing toward each of us as he spoke. I could tell he didn't trust the guy, but he seemed good enough. He hadn't said anything to make us distrust him, but he also hadn't said anything to make us trust him.
