Lux and Cameron were best friends when they were kids. When he moves to California, they loose contact. Lux is very awkward and shy at school, because without her best friend Cameron Dallas, she can't be confident. When their parents plan a surprise for Lux to visit them in California for the summer, her and Cameron meet again.
