Betty laid in his car. Shaking, sweating, hurting. Her mind was still processing the events of that night. Tears flowed down her face as if a waterfall. She could barley sit up to leave the car. This, however was her chance to run away. Betty would break his window and open the door from the outside then climb out and run to her house. Her body however was numb, still in shock with what had just happened. Betty thought was determined to leave. Using all her might, she say up and kicked the window one, two, three times until it shattered. She reached her hand out the window and felt for the door handle until finally, her fingers grasped it and pulled the door open. Betty fell out of the car and landed flat on her stomach. The world around her spun like she was on a Ferris wheel. "Hey! Hey!!" Called his voice. He was coming closer and closer until finally Betty regained her strength and took off like a hold of lightening, running just to get away, making wild illogical turns in order to throw him off. Clouds looked over riverdale and dropped immense amounts of water, drenching Betty from head to toe. Nearly out of breath and energy, she had stumbled her way to Jughead's trailer. As if she was drunk, Betty clambered to his doorstep and frantically knocked on the door. The door swung open and there stood Jughead, Betty's safe haven for the night.
"Betty? What's wrong what happened?" He asked her. Betty tried to speak but her voice choked up. Her breathing was heavy until her legs gave underneath her, and Betty's unconscious body fell into Jughead's arms.
"Betty? Betty?" He asked frantically as he scooped her up and brought her into the warmth and safety of his trailer.
