His face looked smooth and haunting, his features making him look dangerous. His black hair fell slightly over his eyelashes, and I was able to see his muscles bulging through his black t-shirt. 
When his icy eyes looked into mine, it felt like time stopped. I inhaled sharply, unprepared for this feeling. Apparently, so was he. His haunting stare turned more innocent, he didn't even blink as he locked his eyes on me. 
The pit in my stomach was no longer there, and suddenly the last place I wanted to be was home. I wanted to live in this moment for ever, I didn't want to breathe.All Rights Reserved

His blood red eyes were burning with fury and his huge canines popped out of his mouth as he snarled. His body shook with rage. His body was coated in tar black fur that seemed thicker than leather. His lethal claws dragged against the floor leaving back marks and I shuddered with fear. I almost passed out after noticing they were close to me. They were the largest most deadliest things I've ever seen in my life. Blood dripped off of his fur and landed on my completely exposed legs. Then what looks like a heart fell to the floor and he lifted his paws and crushed it beneath it. Slowly and menacingly he stalked towards me, like he was waiting for me to run so he could attack. My mind was shouting at me to run for my life but I was too paralyzed with fear.

It was his eyes. His eyes held me captive. They contained every emotion that I could ever think of and more. They reflected myself back onto me. My pain, my fear, my sadness. There was even a sliver of the happiness that I used to feel a long time ago. His eyes made me remember everything that had happened in my life up to this point. They also made me forget. They made me forget almost all of the things that were being reflected back at me as well, like my sadness, my fear, and my pain. They made me forget what it was like to feel hurt, to feel rejected, to feel forgotten. He kneeled down in front of me, bringing his beautiful eyes closer, so that I could see the starburst of lighter flecks decorating the iris. "Are you alright?" He asked with a voice as soft as the rain. As soft as the concern he had for a pitiful girl curled up behind the school dumpster in the rain. I couldn't speak. I was too focused on his eyes through my tear-filled gaze. "Did someone do this to you?" His voice had an edge of hardness to it now, like a diamond with a sharp edge. I could only nod. He fell silent for a few seconds, letting the swelling rain be the only sound between us, before he reached out slowly and scooped me into his arms and lifted me up easily. "Don't be afraid, okay? Moss stared at me, his eyes glowing a vibrant kind of green. He ran his hand through his brown hair and grinned at me. "Didn't I tell you to stay out my room?" He said while lazily walking over to me with a limp. "I'm sorry..uh- I'll leave now!" I get up and run to the door but with a blank of an eye he was in front of me. "Don't leave just yet..I'm hungry you know." He chuckled and placed his hand on my shoulder. It felt like a millon weights were on that one shoulder and I fell to the ground instantly. "No! Stop!"
