Following a massive war, all of the mythical creatures of the world have vanished. Well, most of them at least. A group serving as the government of the now corrupted planet begins holding an annual selection. This selection chooses a single person to become an Alumni, who's job is to find and eliminate the last of the mythical creatures in hiding. 

What happens when Wren Taylor, a young girl living in this devastated time period, becomes an Alumni and discovers some life changing secrets?
