I would like to thank everyone who takes the time to read this. I made this story last year for my Freshman biology class. We were doing a unit on hereditary diseases. I chose to write a story on Alzheimer's because my grandmother is effected by it and I have a personal connection with it. I encourage any and all criticism, good or bad. My Cousin Marty
I had met her a few times when I was younger. I had never been close to her and until a couple of weeks ago I had completely forgotten about her. After a massive funeral, my mom announced she was going to be staying with us until graduation. There's something about her. The way she speaks, the way she walks, even the way she eats. My parents are smitten by her formalities and highly educated manners. I, on the other hand, am not impressed.
