!This is in rough draft form, and may have some errors in grammar/spelling and in the storyline!

The Universe had bigger things than coincidences in store for Lysha. Well, there were also coincidences, of course, like the fact that it was she chosen for a deadly journey and not her neighbor, or that it was she who had a room for rent in her house when a Time Traveler appeared.
~:~
Relativity, Time Traveler, no longer a part of an endless war, finally decided that she needed to take some action. Fitting in to human society wasn't going to be easy, but weeding out the threat of the Sarim from their planet was important.
~:~
Quasar never wanted to be thrust into a space adventure with his ex-commander, a Time Traveler, and a human. He never wanted to hear the words X, Y, and Z again, either.
~:~
On the rise to power, Supernova's world was shattered when she finally saw through the layers of trickery that had shrouded her gaze. After saving Quasar from yet another irritating fate, her shattered world flips once again as a Time Traveler and a human enter the scene.

❖2021 Watty Awards Shortlist❖ Kevin was just a normal 10 year old kid until he saw a woman vanish right before his eyes. This made Kevin just a little bit different. He paid more attention to people now. Little did he know that this little difference would kill him the next time he encountered another alien about to return home. It would tear him apart, cell by cell, until he was unmade. His mind being transported away. --- So distantly far away there is a race that advanced to the point where they built dyson spheres to house their civilizations. In their continual expansion, they seeded galaxies with pods and connection satellites. Over time they upgraded their dyson spheres into matryoshka brain Cores. Imagine a computer powered by a star. Citizens of Cores no longer age once they upload their minds into the virtual living system of the Core. While they didn't age, most still choose to cycle through life and death though at a different scale of time compared to our lives. Citizens can visit other planets and live there as if they were on a "vacation". Mercury is Earth's hub connected to the closest Core and Earth is a remote vacation spot for wealthy citizens. When the main character was 10 he witnessed a citizen returning to the Core. The story continues 10 odd years later when he again witnesses a similar situation unfolding and manages to touch the person returning to the Core. This causes him to be swept up in the transfer as well and for his mind to join as a "Guest" user of the Core. As a Guest he has limited powers, a starting balance of zero cr or Citizen credits, and no idea how he can get home. He is the first human to ever become a Guest of a Core. Where money itself is the highest form of their science.

In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. Or in other words, my unintentional and accidental ripoff of My Hero Academia :/ Blurb is a work in progress

This is book 2 in the No Turning Back trilogy. If you haven't read book 1, read that before reading this. -- Vizor's gone. Everyone spared from his wrath is safe, and finally there's peace. It's been three months since the evil demon's death, and everything's going great. Or so everyone thinks... Dusk is unsure whether his father is gone entirely. He of all people would know his true power. And his suspicions are confirmed when another murder pops up. With a chance to save his possessed friend, Akik finds a way to bring the gang to his home planet - Xero. There, he knew someone that could help. But tensions are high. The Demon-Angel war has still raged on in Akik's absence, and his Xeronian friends are worried. It's been over a year since the return date of Akik's mission, so most everyone believes he's dead. So... what now? ----------- This story contains themes relating to blood/gore, demons, war, trauma, death, and (slight) insanity. If these themes bother you, I suggest you be careful reading this story. There are Blazafor1 ships in this story (though I refer to it as Blakik because.... Well, you get it if you read book 1). Not too crazy in the beginning, and it also has nothing to do with the Mature rating on this story. Though if you are uncomfortable with ships such as this, I once again suggest you be careful reading this story. What if I can't save the world?

32 parts Complete

STATUS: COMPLETED. Their worlds have been shattered by evils they weren't able to stop. Their powers, a reminder to all that they have lost. But when the fate of the world hangs in the balance once again these four heroines receive a second chance to become the heroes that they were destined to be all along. Can they come together in time to stop a futuristic threat or will the villain prove to be too powerful all over again? EXCERPT --------------------------------------------------------------- "You think she'll take the bait?" I asked "I have no idea," she admitted. Kadima opened up the portal and we stepped through. It was the only place she could be sure would have no civilians around. The office was stripped and abandoned. It was an old, basic, nondescript building that was set for demolition. It was dark and dusty. "How long until you think they come, if they come." "I don't think it will be long before they realise. I'm sure she must have some way of knowing when the timeline changes." "Suppose the timeline hasn't changed and this was apart of the plan all along," a voice said in the darkness. "What if something as small as this doesn't change the outcome of this timeline," Mistress Mind snickered as she emerged from behind the wall. Her visor glowed in the darkness. She leaned against the wall. "Did you think something this small would be able to stop us." "We had hoped," I fired up my pendent.
