What if in this universe Chara didn't go genocide and Asriel didn't turn into Flowey? Both boys grown up to be 18 with the monsters, till Frisk(who is a year younger than Chara and Asriel) showed up and started living with in the monster realm as well never opening the barrier at all.
Y/N was running away from her foster family, she had enough of their abuse and ran away when school ended. Y/N was running to the woods where Mount. Ebott was and while getting there and climbing up the mountain she acidentally fell from fatigue into the deep abyss.
You guys will have to find out by reading this story (p.s. this is my first ever x reader book so be kind to me ^///^)

One fateful, hellish day, a little girl appears in hell. She doesn't look threatening in the slightest, but down here, nothing can be assumed. Oh... this will be fun.. (This is a crossover between Hazbin Hotel and Undertale. Neither franchise belongs to me, yada yada yada, please don't sue me, on with the show.) This is MY version of Chara Dreemurr. In my mind, Chara is a she (We're supposed to reflect our own personalities onto her and Frisk, and I happen to be female.), she hates humanity, she thinks of Frisk as her sister/brother and Asriel as her adorable awkward twin brother. She is tied to Frisk's soul. Also she can summon magic knives. Like, imagine Sans's bones and you've got the basic idea, except it's her and knives. Btw this is my first fan fiction so please don't judge if I make any spelling mistakes or anything. Thanks! Frisk has broken the barrier but humans refuse to allow monsters to come up to the surface. Chara now has her body back, using both hers and Frisk's determination. She has been reunited with her adoptive parents, with Flowey her brother, since Asriel can't stabilise his body to live without a soul, and Frisk who is now her sister. Frisk has also met Blueberry (Underswap Sans) and Edge (Underfell Sans). They live with thier brothers in houses in Snowdin. All three Sans' love Frisk and she loves all three back. Who will she pick? Btw the universes kinda collided but only the skele-bros got stuck in the Undertale universes. "all story's started with many years ago. a war between monsters and humans broke out. and it ends with the monsters losing. Than it goes to the legend of humans that goes up mount ebott never comes back. Than it talks about a girl that went up Mount ebott. survive everything that it threw at her. and freed the monsters. I was the first humans she met in there. We ended up getting together as girlfriends. Never thought I would love a human. but than she did a genocide. killing papyrus. killed my brother. my mother. my father. alphy. undyne. sans. even me. but she didn't stop. she continue to kill like it her goal. she didn't want to stop. even if I loved her. I will force her to gave up. I'll make her reset. after alot of battles. I finally defeated her and absorb her soul. I forgot what it felt like to save and reset. I open the reset and pushed it. than everything started to glitch out. it started cracking. glitching. my clothes started ripping. changing. I feel my magic disappearing. my age changing. I than feel myself falling. down. somewhere. until I landed. as I said. story's begin with the battle. but my one just only began because of the reset. frisk is 16. Chara is 15. They are both girls.
