They were losing the war, everyone could feel it, but they kept fighting as though they couldn't. Hermione tried to ignore the fact that the the Death Eaters outnumbered them, at least by three to one, and that wasn't even including the giants, dementors and Merlin knows what else Lord Voldemort had on his side. 
However, Hermione simply couldn't ignore it anymore when her friends started dying off. Shot by the Killing Curse, or left to bleed to their death. She swallowed up her pride and went through with her last plan. The only problem was, it seemed, that her plan unintentionally involved a certain blonde haired ferret.All Rights Reserved

The other death eaters. But Malfoy doesn't seem to notice, too busy staring into nothingness, with grief. Hermione cannot help but stare at the poor boy who everyone hates. Who she hates. But she doesn't feel that way when she's looking at him. All of a sudden she realizes his composure has broken, staring back at her.~ Will she invite in the enemy of her childhood? At the start of Hogwarts' seventh year, they were supposed to have their start of the school year annual Quidditch Match, which would consist of the four different houses competing against one another, but never took place because of Lord Voldemort interrupting their school year, deciding to come for a young Harry Potter. A few weeks after the battle was won, Draco, Theo and Blaise were in Hogsmeade, when they bumped into Harry and Ron. Insults were thrown by a certain ginger haired boy, not letting Harry get a word in, feeling superior than the 3 Slytherins. Ron had acted on impulse and bet his fiery red-headed sister and a certain curly brown haired girl away.
