Nafisat Yusuf is a 24 year old Nigerian Muslim who teaches at Hamilton Preschool. She loves children and hopes to have some herself in the future with someone who would help complete half her deen.

Shaby Khalid is a 26 year old Indian  Muslim who is a neurosurgeon at his late grandpa's  hospital which is now controlled by his dad Luqman Khalid who is a heart surgeon along with his 22 year old brother Malik who is also a heart surgeon. Shaby's parents are searching girls for him to marry but he's not interested in them but finds an interest in Nafisat Yusuf for a long time and is now planning to ask for her hand in marriage.

But will her Nigerian parents agree for her to marry an Indian  man even if he is Muslim? Will they be able to live happily after?
