Chester is an intelligent but disillusioned young man who has recently inherited a large sum of money from the death of his parents. In spite of his newfound fortune, Chester has not had any ambition or lust for life since he was arrested with and legally separated from his childhood friend Mara. To expel his rage at the world for being so harsh on him as a youth, he spends his time kidnapping corrupt or otherwise contemptible people by locking them inside his mobile tanning bed and driving them around town. Once they give up screaming for help, they always talk and Chester tries his very best to convince them to give up their evil ways - or suffer the worlds worst tan.
