She already thought her life couldn't get any worse, but throw in the new anxiety that came with her powers - and the new friendships she couldn't avoid making along the way?
If only she could find some sense of control throughout it all.

He turns back to face me and I immediately drag out my dagger placing it in front of his throat. Unfortunately for me, he thought to do the same with his own silver dagger. He looks in my eyes and smirks. "Well won't you look at that?" He says, not moving. "What gave me away?" He questions. "You didn't question when I said I wanted a level 2." I answer.
