The Breakfast Club - - John Bender
Avery Standish was the opposite to her sister Claire. Claire was miss popular, the princess of the school and she always looked beautiful in her floral dresses and high heels along with her flawless skin and perfect hair. Avery was not like that, she had never been seen in a dress, always in her large denim jacket and the most she did with her hair was straighten it or put in in a ponytail. Sure she was getting ok grades and had a great personality but who cared about that if at first glance you were a cocky loner? But she didn't care, she had herself and now she had a month of Saturday detention with her best friend Vernon. Great.Concluída

Ceasefire of Hostility (a.c)
Barbra "Barbie" Nimchek was your regular teenage girl- if your regular was somewhere in the middle of popular and no one. She was a stand-in, there when she was needed to make others look good, and pushed aside when she wasn't. She was too pretty to be a loser, but too much of a loser to be popular. This had gone on since Barbie was in elementary school, only then she thought everyone liked her. She didn't understand until about twelve that she was the bounce-around person, never the permanent friend. The poor girl is never allowed to be herself at home, as her mother's vain image comes first compared to loving her children. When Barbie gets detention, she's scolded for trying to ruin the family's image, not for punching a popular boy who was harassing her. She doesn't expect the detention to be life-changing, but it ends that way. ANDREW CLARKE x FEM!OC I ONLY OWN BARBIE AND HER FAMILY, NO ONE ELSEConcluída

dear Mr. Vernon, we Accept the fact that we had sacrificed A whole Saturday in detention for whatever it is we had done wrong. but we think You're crazy for us to write this essay telling who you this we are, you see us as whatever you want to see us. in the simplest terms, in the most convenient definition, but what we found out is one of us is a brain. .... An athlete... ....and a basket case... ....A princess... ....and a criminal..... .... and a punk..... does that answer your question? sincerely the breakfast club. __________Concluída
Mental Case-- JOHN BENDER
Beyond being in the same class at Shermer High School in Shermer, Illinois, Claire Standish, Andrew Clark, John Bender, Cassie McClair, Brian Johnson and Allison Reynolds have little in common, and with the exception of Claire and Andrew, do not associate with each other in school. In the simplest and in their own terms, Claire is a princess, Andrew an athlete, John a criminal, Brian a brain, and Allison a basket case and Cassie a Mental Case. But one other thing they do have in common is a nine hour detention in the school library together on Saturday, March 24, 1984, under the direction of Mr. Vernon, supervising from his office across the hall. Each is required to write a minimum one thousand word essay during that time about who they think they are. At the beginning of those nine hours, each, if they were indeed planning on writing that essay, would probably write something close to what the world sees of them, and what they have been brainwashed into believing of themselves. But based on their adventures during that nine hours, they may come to a different opinion of themselves and the other six.Concluída![The Wallflower [Andrew Clark]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/78487582-256-k624980.jpg)
The Wallflower [Andrew Clark]
Saturday...March 24, 1984. Shermer High School, Shermer, Illinois. 60062. Dear Mr. Vernon...we accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention for whatever it was that we did wrong, what we did was wrong. But we think you're crazy to make us write this essay telling you who we think we are, what do you care? You see us as you want to see us...in the simplest terms and the most convenient definitions. You see us as a wallflower, a brain, an athelete, a basket case, a princess and a criminal. Correct? That's the way we saw each other at seven o'clock this morning. We were brainwashed. Kathleen Love gets stuck in Saturday detention with a brain, a basket case, an athlete, a princess, and a criminal. At 8:00 they had nothing to say to each other, but by 4:00, they had bared their souls to each other.Concluída
