The Watcher

Tom Mathew was just a regular student who came to Vestopia, a super metropolitan city, for his higher studies. But he had no idea that even though the the city has it's charms, it has a dark side. Street gangs, petty criminals and corrupt but powerful men plaque the city, and the authorities are of no use. something needed to be done. The city needs it's freedom. the people need a Watcher.
