Annabelle Maurice is a biologist who specializes in the turtle species.
She's called to Cali to help the sea turtles who have been washing in on land, the problem with this is she might have to go diving.
Annabelle once was an amazing swimmer, she could make a dolphin jealous. After an incident that had to do with a dangerous sea creature which ripped her parents away from her, Annabelle is terrified of water.

Maver Caliber is an Olympic swimmer, two months before he and Annabelle meet he takes a break from swimming. Everyone is on Maver's back trying to figure out what has happened.
